What does this service entail?

This service is offered to clients who are away from their home and need a serivce to periodically check on the property to ensure there are no issues.

What does this include?

• Visual inspection of the home

• Thermal imaging to check for any moisture/leaks

• Check the AC (change filters if necessary)

• Check the water heater

• Inspector will check the home two times per month

• A verbal report to the home owner if any issues are found
