What is a Wind Mitigation?
This inspection is designed to give you discount on your insurance premium. The inspector will take photos of all windows and doors. He goes into the attic (if applicable) to take additional photos to help the home owner save on their insurance. There is no pass or fail on this inspection.
What is a 4 Point Inspection?
This inspection focuses on the four main components of the home; Plumbing, Roofing, Elecrtrical and HVAC. In a nutshell, the goal is to check if these systems are in good condition. If the inspector finds anything to be unsatisfactory we will review with you what needs to be done in order to pass the inspection. We recommend always reviewing the inspection report with your agent before going forward with any repair work.
